Seattle Surge announces two new members to its staff

The Call of Duty League team has a new general manager and coach.

HQ

The Call of Duty League team Seattle Surge has been rebuilding recently. Following the disappointing 2021 season that saw the team place ninth in the standings, the organisation released its entire active roster and even dropped a bunch of its staff. Since then, it has been teasing new announcements, and has kickstarted that trend with the reveal of its new general manager and coach.

Joining as the team's new GM is Brandon "Novus" Hewitt, and as the new coach is Sam "Fenix" Spencer. Novus previously worked with the Paris Legion and the Los Angeles Thieves as an analyst making this the first time he is operating a CDL team as a GM. As for Fenix, this marks his first entrance into the CDL, as he had previously been known as the coach for the tier-two team EastR.

The Surge has yet to reveal the roster that it will be competing in the next season of the CDL with, but now that these announcements are in the open, we wouldn't be surprised if more followed suit soon.

Tegoroczna odsłona oferuje fantastyczną kampanię, choć deweloperzy powinni bardziej przyłożyć się do trybu wieloosobowego, który niczym nie różni się od poprzednich.
